LIGHTECH Crash Protectors - Nylon

LighTech presents an innovative shock-absorbing product based on the highest material quality and many years of testing in co-operation with leading World Superbike, Supersport and Superstock teams. The protective mechanism uses lightweight magnesium as the base material, which was selected for its excellent shock absorption properties.

The upper mounting bush, also made of magnesium, is able to absorb the consequences of falls without transferring the load to the frame.

The inner ring is made of a special polymer that effectively counteracts even extreme impacts. Finally, the outer padding, which is the first to come into contact with the asphalt, meets the requirements for abrasion resistance and weight minimisation thanks to its composition of a special glass-mix nylon.

Coloured rings are available separately for customisation.
